This place is about as transphobic as they come! I went in at 10:00a 6/14, had to go to the court house and get a copy of my Court Order allowing my name change and gender marker change. Because the old ID with my dead name that matched my SS card wasn’t good enough, even tho it was not expired. So I did, I went to the court and got a copy of the court order. Out of all plasma centers in the area this is the absolute worst. You are on they're time. Never not enough staff . Always a 2-3hr process. 30 people in the waiting room and they will have only one person doing vitals. I hate having to come here. I will make the drive to the next city over. I experienced absolutely rude customer service and when you express any of it, they do not even address it. I was pushed off. I absolutely hate this place. And I am typing this as i sit here donating. They have rule about yaking phone calls. I warned them after it took them 30 min to start hooking me up after sitting me in the donation area thst i had an important call thay would literally take 30 seconds. So after sitting here donating while one teck lityerslly dances aroind the room while blasting gangster rap litterally talking about "doing molley" and "fucking Bitches" for an hour.
