They say they offer services to those without insurance. Wait two weeks for the appointment time show up early just to be told oh actually we don’t have vaccines your doctor would have to write a perscription. I don’t have insurance hints why I’m with you guys in the first place. Again this state is a let down cause they can not get it together. I had an appointment. I received excellent care and help.
The staff does not do a good job of communicating with each other and it makes interacting extremely difficult and frustrating after confirming I would need treatment and verifying the day we need to come in and being told I would not need an appointment after requesting one I was denied when I showed up for not having an appointment And due to my schedule I am unable to reschedule In an out and a significantly worst spot for the weekend to do an awful miscommunication error that all could’ve been avoided. I recently visited the Maricopa County vaccination center and had a mixed experience. The woman ( Marrada) working at the front was unfortunately very rude — she wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to explain and didn’t even allow me to finish a sentence. It made the interaction unnecessarily stressful. My personal advice for this office (management) is that this woman at the front desk should be replaced.
