I recently visited the Maricopa County vaccination center and had a mixed experience. The woman ( Marrada) working at the front was unfortunately very rude — she wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to explain and didn’t even allow me to finish a sentence. It made the interaction unnecessarily stressful. My personal advice for this office (management) is that this woman at the front desk should be replaced. Im extremely grateful for a place like this. My babies pediatrician didn’t have her 2 month vaccinations in stock and I had been waiting for a week for them to restock them until a family member let me know of this place. I called at 8:09 am to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in at 11. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
