Absolutely love Mike as a trainer, he coached me as a young wrestler and helped me grow as an athlete.
Having this gym in town for our young athletes is a game changer. Mike teaches these youth skills on how to properly work out in the gym, how to eat right and focus and maintain their weight, and he really works one on one with his clients on their personal development and growth, while also making sure they are focusing on doing well at school and in life. He is great at what he does, and even greater with the kids, and we are blessed to have our son training with.
Mike is awesome! I have trusted him with both of my sons for the past 10 years. His individualized strength and conditioning plans get top-notch results!
