I had a great experience working with Mark. My new roof looks amazing & water tight! There was some miscommunication with vent placement but Mark promptly resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend!
I interviewed several roofing contractors. Mark was impressive in the fact that he was super thorough in explaining the process to me, answered any questions I had and got back to me quickly every time. You can tell he takes pride in what he does as well as his company! Mark goes above and beyond, and his crew was awesome! From start to finish only took one day and everything Completely cleaned up! I’m very happy that I chose Mark and immoral exteriors!
I had Mark come out to assess repairs to my garage sidewall, and the damage was more extensive than I thought. Mark pointed out more affected areas than anyone else; I had 2 other companies out, and they completely missed the structural damage Mark saw. He even referred me to a competitor that may better suit my needs for a rebuild. 100% honest and a good guy, and he and his team works quickly. I'll be contacting him if I have roofing, siding or window needs at my or my family's houses.
We had Immortal Exteriors replace the siding on our house. We couldn't more pleased with the process and the results. Mark and his team were efficient in the tear down and installation. The clean up afterwards was amazing, didn't even seem like work was done. They even added some details with vents and light fixtures to match our siding color that I wasn't expecting.
