Mark was a dream to work with! He guided me through the entire process from picking the color of siding to determining what color my trim and gutters should be! Let me tell you my house caught the eyes of my neighbors! The color combination was GORGEOUS! He also helped me pick side door for the garage. I called Mark O'Neil, Immortal Exteriors, for a quote to replace the roof on my 8 family building. He was very accommodating in explaining the options of repair VS replacement, updating the roof venting and different roofing materials. The chimney needed tuckpointing and repair, Mark told me they didn't do that but gave me the name of other contractors that would. We had Immortal Exteriors replace the siding on our house. We couldn't more pleased with the process and the results. Mark and his team were efficient in the tear down and installation. The clean up afterwards was amazing, didn't even seem like work was done. They even added some details with vents and light fixtures to match our siding color that I wasn't expecting. Mark at Immortal Exteriors is a great guy who went above and beyond for me twice to help with roof repairs after storms (fixed two leaking roof vents and replaced a bathroom fan vent). He is very friendly, prompt, and does quality work. This last repair he was out within an hour of me calling. His pricing is very reasonable and the work quality is exceptional.
