Very, very unhappy with my experience at this neighborhood salon. The manager was unaccommodating and not pleasant when I tried to redeem a grupon that they said they would honor since I had to wait for my haircut, and had to leave without it complete. The business was not pleasant and accommodating as they said they were going to be. I work in a a boutique, and one thing I always do is honor my word and always speak with respect to my customers. Too bad that this business doesn't.
Lauren was AMAZING! The best haircut and color since I moved back to Long Island seven years ago.
