After spending more than one hour on hold, my call was dropped last week. Because my Comadre needs personal assistance to complete her N-565, I called again and finally spoke to a human being who was accommodating and gave her a service item # and told me someone from USIS would call her within one month time-frame to schedule an inperson appointment. Wow I realize that Homeland Security is busy but . . .
They don't answer the phone nor do they actually have an address. The guy hung up on me.
