I recently took my mom to see Dr. Casale, and the experience was exceptional. Dr. Casale was incredibly thorough, explaining every step of the exam clearly, including where to go for lab work & X-ray, what tests would be conducted, and the next steps we needed to take for my mom’s application. What stood out the most was how comfortable she made my mom feel, especially since my mom isn’t fluent in English and sometimes struggles with understanding the Canadian accent.
