I went to this spa with my boyfriend and my mom and it was our first time visiting. The receptionists were terrible and they didn't explain anything about the place, the one that was assisting us had to make adjustments because we thought we had a one hour scrub followed by an hour massage, but that wasn't how it was set up. Wanted to post this for all the transgender people as it's important to know that this business separates by genitalia (amab to mens, afab to womens). As we know from the spa incident down in LA that as far as I know this is not legal. In California they are not allowed to discriminate based on age, sex, gender or race. We are allowed to use the facilities which we feel most comfortable using, this is not for them to decide.
