On discharge, papers were provided signed by Nurse Practitioner Hadry Diaz stating "patient reported they were being trafficked outside of rehab, but refused to elaborate ... I couldn’t be anymore grateful for Immersion……I can happily say my son is coming up on 1 year sober.. the longest he has been in a very long time …we have had alot of experience with rehabs…people ask what was different this time…it was the family program and staff..esp Larae Scanlon and Dani..this was a game changer for our family.. having that support, the meetings, the workshop..and guidance to navigate this journey was invaluable..I can’t thank them enough.. thank you ◡̈
