Where to start.. this business has had such an amazing impact on people and their healing journeys. From the constant positivity and endless comfort. To clarify my review is not about the facilities, hence why I did not give a review under three stars. This review is regarding the treatment I received when calling the facility to cancel an appointment that I had booked for the wrong day. When calling the facility the manager answered. Difficult to explain the feeling of weightlessness in a float pod. Floated for an hour and just existed, it is wild that I didn't touch the bottom when in the star position, despite there only being 10 inches of water. Great escape to just focus on the "now" especially in this connected world we live in. Shockingly had a micro nap at 3 in the afternoon while i was there, which adds to the feeling of rest. Would absolutely go again. Perhaps try one of their other rooms eg sauna and cold plunge vs a massage in the future. Abso... read more
