I walked into this salon with high hopes, expecting to leave feeling beautiful and confident just like so many of the glowing reviews promised. Instead, I left with a hair nightmare. I asked for layers on my very long hair, but what I got was nothing short of a disaster. The layers were completely uneven and choppy, making my hair look butchered and unrecognizable.
