From the the receptionist in the front office, to the medical assistant and Doctor in the back office, they were awesome!! Clean nice office.
My son has come here 2 times in the last month. They are so amazing with his care that when he needed to come back (completely different issue) he asked for this place! They were so patient with my young toddler and gave her Popsicles to entertain her while my son was being seen. Amazing customer service and care and this is now our go to place for emergencies!
I absolutely loved this place! The staff was amazing and very helpful and genuinely cared. They didn't seem rushed, and everyone treated my son like he was their own. They were very quick and thorough. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need to. My son even said "this place was good mommy".
Arrived, there were 3 patients in front of me. Wait was over an hour. Ridiculous for an urgent care facility!!! Waiting area was messy. There is no communication between the receptionists and patients as far as the wait time or the cost of the visit. The discharge wait time is long as well. Very, very upsetting coming from someone who works in the medical field.
They advertise open 9 to 9 but they locked the door while we were walking up to the door at 8:30. What BS!!! If you are going to close to new patients at 8:30 then advertise 8:30!!!
