If i could give zero stars I would. They accepted a referral for wound care from the hospital. The hospital discharged me thinking I would be all set. They came for the initial appointment and then called the hospital and said they couldn't take the case. They allowed a vulnerable adult to be discharged from a hospital and then abandoned the adult. My surgeon said thats the most unethical thing he'd seen a company do.

If I could give them a sub par star rating I certainly would, they suck! They transported me from Jeanes hospital in a van or ambulance which should have been retired 20 years ago, road like a piece of junk and I'm sure they charged full price
My mom was on hospice for a year with the agency. Poor communication and scheduling. Had to constantly ask for supplies and were sent inconsistent that I had to go buy supplies for my mom. In the last weeks of her life she developed wounds and we could not get wound supplies delivered. In her last week we expected a daily nurse visit which did not occur and we had to ask to increase her meds for pain with little guidance from the staff.
