Very efficient, front and back staff were wonderful and physician very knowledgeable and good bedside manner.
Everything about my visit was good. I was greeted promptly when I came in and helped immediately. I saw a nurse and then the practioner quickly. Everyone was nice and reassuring. I never get such great service at my regular doctor.
I visited the Lake city location. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and caring.
Immediate Clinic was great. We were in and out in 45min. Very professional and competent staff.
We were register quickly and saw a physician assistant very quickly at the Bellevue crossroads location.
It was fabulous. It was quick. The staff was polite and efficient.
My experiences at Immediate Clinic have been very positive. The desk staff, person who took my vitals & the doctor were all great. They spoke frankly & pleasantly about the issues at hand. The only thing I would say - is when taking vitals we were only in a room with a curtain across the door and it may have been easy for other patients to hear the questions about weight, menopause, etc.
The doctor was kind. I don't the treatment she recommended me was appropriate. I didn't feel listened to. I feel like the dr. treated a minor symptom and not the reason I came into the clinic. I also feel like I had a virus and I was prescribed antibiotics. I wanted to know that my lungs were fine. The dr alleviated my concerns.
Very quick registration and friendly service. In and out with perscription for sinus infection
