Everything was fast and efficient! (I went midday, and the lobby was empty). Everyone was friendly. The doctor asked if I had any further questions, but they didn't pop into my head immediately, so everything wrapped up before the questions had a chance to coalesce in my mind.
I walked in at opening on a Thursday morning. The front desk was very courteous, I filled out paperwork and waiting a little while. Got in, saw the Nurse Practitioner and was on my way quickly. I didn't have time to make an appointment with my own doctor and go downtown. ImmediateClinic was just what the doctor ordered!
Wait time was great. Docters seemed to over prescribe, but that's better than no trusting the patient. Everythign was clean and nice.
I waited a little long, a hour in the front the a hour in the room but the tv was a nice additions to the room, definitely distracts from the wait time. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable, I felt she listened to all my concerns and am feeling better with the drugs she recommended as well as prescribed.
Very kind employees, introduced themselves and were very sincere. To long of a wait but very skilled doctors and once the wait was over they were quick to find the problem and solution.
everything was great, well organized, fast, great bedside manner.
It was a busy day, so I waited in the waiting room for a bit, but once I was in the process was very fast. The doctor was attentive and informative. The clinic was very neat, clean and professional.
Just Thanks for being so great during hard times with my daughters illness.
I was surprised at the overall great experience and confidence I felt in choosing this clinic
