RecommendedVery professional in-kind staff. Very clean facility. wonderful that you can set up appointments online and get in very quickly. I would totally recommend this place . they also offer water and coffee or tea. I just think it's a great place when you don't want to go to the emergency room but you need to get in some more quickly and it's a weird time or you know something you have to deal with when you're out of town

To clarify I do not recommend the Mill Creek location specifically. I had one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had at the Mill Creek Occupational Medical Center. We went in for a follow-up on my two fractured fingers and got turned around, couldn’t find directions on their website, and were in the process of calling when we finally found the location. The receptionist was extremely rude as soon as we walked in the door (as in we hadn’t even gotten all the way to the desk when she started). She lied to me when I w... read more

I got turned away and suggested to go elsewhere At 5:15pm on a Saturday because they were “too busy” with two other patients in the lobby. ridiculous.

I don’t like to leave nasty reviews. But I am so frustrated it’s worth it. The Federal Way indigo is amazing. I took my oldest daughter there, even though her lungs were clear and her oxygen was good based on her symptoms the doctor suggested a chest x-ray. She was confirmed with pneumonia. Fast forward three days. Two of my other children start showing the same symptoms. I go to the Covington indigo. We see Dr. Khan. Both kids have clear lungs and good oxygen.
