These folks are the best. I walked in, told them my problem, and got the steroid shot I desperately needed. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff were professional and fast. A big thank you to Via Christie Immediate Care. You really saved me.
Unfortunately I visit this place more often than I wanted. The last visit was because I was poked in an eye by one of fostered kittens. I never had bad time going there. Very professional and caring staff.
Called ahead to ask if they can do saline bags for dehydrated people, got there and they confirmed again they do. Then the doctor denied to give IVs to “mild” conditions (anyone who’s been ill for under 24hours) and even said “go buy the liquid IV packets and rest more, dehydration is an easy thing to fix at home.” Then just walked out of the room and told the nurses not to administer the IV!
