I’ve been a patient of Dr Carness for several years and he has been great, very understanding, helping me to adjust my medications, a doctor that really cares Just recently I have been seeing Dr Chaseman who has also been wonderful to work with. I am extremely disappointed with the PHP (ICPC) program. This program wasted my son’s time and my family’s time, and left him significantly worse than when he started. From the very beginning, they were fully aware of my son’s behavioral and emotional challenges. If they were not equipped to help him, they should have been honest and told us to look for another program. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Srinivasan for over 16 years. He’s taken great care of me from the start. I consider him a trustworthy friend. He’s always been conservative with my meds which I really appreciate. Got me on a good path. I’ve had setbacks and he helps me. And the girls at the reception desk are always so nice and kind. I have nothing but good things to say and would recommend this practice.
The reception staff personell are nice people, but the absolute worst with the actual reception part. They don’t answer I almost always have too leave a voicemail. I understand being busy and what not but I shouldn’t have to call over and over again to get a reply. They literally hang up the phone twice then when I call the third time they pick up. My daughter was in crisis and they got us daily resources and therapy, he's a variety of therapists to meet her needs and helped us transition her to in home therapy.
