I've been a patient for five years and my life has drastically improved over that time. It's refreshing to have a doctor that isn't biased, is fair, logical and patient. I had multiple accounts in collections, student loan debt, living at my parents, and was simply drowning. I've since paid my loans off, raised my credit score 100+ points, and overall took back control of my life. It's taken some time to get here but I wouldn't have been able to do this alone. I've been going here for three years and the only overarching theme is the staff's general reluctance to answer phone calls. Today I tried calling over 21 times in order to ask for an in person appointment be changed to a telehealth. The uber rides back and forth are somewhere around $68 each time and I can't afford it. I now have to spend $70 because they refuse to answer the phone. Ridiculous.

I have had to bring a family member to Dr. S for many years. Dr. S. has been wonderful with my family, the Dr. listens, offers suggestions for therapeutic options to help with condition, and truly cares about the patient and patient’s family wellbeing.

Terrible experience. Not respectful of your time at all. Clearly and kindly stated for meeting IDs to be sent more than 5mins before appts, at least a day prior since I'm not looking at my emails every 5 seconds just hoping they would send. I have called the main office more times than I have actually had any sessions with therapists. Front desk claims "messages" are sent to the therapists but yet they do not respond to them until therapist is ready to handle your case which is usually 5mins before scheduled session it looks... read more

I would like to share with you my experience with ICPC NJ Psych center ... Approximately 14 years ago, I had a stalker and I was strangled unconscious in my own home. He was in my apartment waiting for me. For three years, I jumped around to see different psychiatrist to see how they could help with my PTSD shock and anxiety from Bergen County to Sussex County and I found no one that helped me at all.
