Trying to get someone to answer your phone calls is actual torture. I love my doctor but it’s almost impossible to get in touch with him when I need him because of how awful the reception / front desk is.
If I could give 0 stars I would have. I have never received worse care from a “doctor” in my life. I started seeing Patrena Chapman about 1 month ago. During my initial appointment she seemed very nice and caring. We talked for about an hour and I was prescribed medication, given instructions to fill out 3 surveys and email them back to her, and make a follow up appointment 2 weeks later. Not respectful of people's time I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to finally get a call from the Dr.
