Dysfunctional place that reminded me why depressed people often choose to suffer alone instead of seeking help. On two separate occasions, they suggested one of their therapists and explicitly told me that they are covered by my insurance. Then after I meet them, billing told me it's actually not covered, and I might owe the full $200. This whole process was extremely demoralizing and I wasted hours going back and forth because they gave me the wrong information.

Trying to get someone to answer your phone calls is actual torture. I love my doctor but it’s almost impossible to get in touch with him when I need him because of how awful the reception / front desk is.
If I could give 0 stars I would have. I have never received worse care from a “doctor” in my life. I started seeing Patrena Chapman about 1 month ago. During my initial appointment she seemed very nice and caring. We talked for about an hour and I was prescribed medication, given instructions to fill out 3 surveys and email them back to her, and make a follow up appointment 2 weeks later.
