My children have Dr. Parker as their primary and she is wonderful! But every time we go in for a "walk-in," we are treated very poorly. I have tested methods of being dressed up vs. being in lounge wear and every time I am dressed in lounge wear, I get treated worse by the walk-in doctor and nurse.. There is an attitude issue. I have said thank you after every visit and never once have gotten a response back from the doctor or nurse. The receptionist when you go to leave is very rude, as well. Whoever the doctor is with the short brown hair old lady needs to be fired immediately for her attitude, I almost punched her in the face last time we were there, the staff is pathetic and I'm going to report her asap!!

Dr Katie Bailey is so rude an has no bed side manors. She is so rude to my daughter Everytime she is there. She didn't run no test didn't look in her ears listen to her heart or look in her throat. She tells her to suck it up she be fine. The nurse is also rude as heck as well tells her she needs to go to her regular Dr witch we just got one an didn't have any apt to get her in .
