It truly was immediate care! The staff were all friendly and got us in and out quickly!
I wish I could leave a worse rating. The front desk worker was polite and helpful, but other than that, it was a complete waste of my time. I waited two hours, and the doctor who saw me only talked to me for less than 60 seconds, and that's not an exaggeration. I understand people are very busy in the healthcare field and hospitals are often understaffed, but if you can't be bothered to actually treat a patient, don't waste my time.
My children have Dr. Parker as their primary and she is wonderful! But every time we go in for a "walk-in," we are treated very poorly. I have tested methods of being dressed up vs. being in lounge wear and every time I am dressed in lounge wear, I get treated worse by the walk-in doctor and nurse.. There is an attitude issue. I have said thank you after every visit and never once have gotten a response back from the doctor or nurse. The receptionist when you go to leave is very rude, as well.
