I had a wonderful experience at Immediate Care Pepperell. I had to take my infant son in to be seen and from the minute we arrived everyone was warm, friendly, and helpful. I want to give a huge shout out to Jennifer W, whose compassion, patience, and support made all the difference. So lucky to have this Immediate Care option in Pepperell. I have been there a few times and it's always fast. The care providers are awesome. I hope it stays!!
I saw Dr Wu and was very pleased with the care I received. She came in very knowledgeable about my allergy history. She was able to quickly diagnose my issue and come up with a plan for me.
With two young boys (4 and 1), we have already had several trips to Pepperell Immediate Care. There are several reasons why I have been so impressed: - Each provider/staff member we have encountered there has been exceptionally patient, kind, and friendly, to me and the kids. - The wait time is minimal. Be aware that their estimate wait times are not accurate and they will not tell you there is a long wait when you arrive. I’m glad to have an Immediate care right in town, but I did not have the best experience here. My first visit there was no wait and the doctor seemed wonderful - thorough and a great bedside manner. Unfortunately, the recommended treatment was ineffective and I came back 5 days later.
