Pretty awful on the billing side. Go for a simple appointment to run some tests for strep throat and I get billed 1 YEAR later. Iv never had this happen before with any other doctors visit or Urgent care facility anywhere. Also, in the past they billed me in small chunks over 2 years for a small amount of money. I declined to pay because 1, it seemed like a scam and 2 they could not itemize any of the reasons so they sent it to a collections agency. Did not have a good experience this last time. Had to go to another place to get diagnosed and prescribed meds.
I walked In being the only patient there. Sore throat and severe congestion. Asked for a strep test as my daughter has it. They never took my temperature. Barely examed me. Took the strep test gave me negative results and told me i was free to leave without even offering any other tests.... they were all extremely dismissive and unprofessional.
Large waiting area. My wait time was short, about 10 minutes. All staff were professional and friendly!
I've always had great experience. Professional, and friendly, very comforting also!
