The office was nice and clean, staff were so friendly, warm and kind and Dr. Ali was just as warm ,kind, and friendly.
Never used urgent care before. My healthy-as-a-horse-husband spent all night Saturday suffering nonstop vomiting and diarrhea so by Sunday morning he was convincing he was dying. I googled Urgent Care and this place came up so we took a gamble and boy did it pay off. Everyone from front desk to nurse to doctor to techs were super helpful and compassionate. All my visits to Dr. Ali's are comfortable and quick. The wait time is never long and the front office and medical staff are always warm and friendly. My whole family sees Dr. Ali and I recommend him to everyone. He is really a great physician and a very knowledgeable man. Thank you family practice center of palatine
I Travel 1 1/2 hrs to see Dr. Ali, if I didnt live so far I'd be his Medical Assistant. I worked with him for 1yr. Couldnt ask for better Dr.
