I went at 9:10am and the lady at the front desk said there’s no physician in yet, although they open at 9am. She took my intake forms and said they were calling to see where a doctor was at, then after 15 more minutes said that they were going to close for the day because there was no doctor coming in at all. Completely wasted my time and my 30 minute drive over there. Rudely greeted upon arrival from the time of me calling and taking 5 minutes to park. all of a sudden their system was down
Yesterday my son had an emergency, the back piece of his earring was stuck in his earlobe for I don’t know how long. I took him to Rush Oak Park hospital because i couldn’t get it out myself. They told me 16HR wait. I said well let me call Immediate Care Oak Park it’s right down the street. It was about 3:30pm and they close at 4.
