RecommendedI did it was fast and clean very perfessional but then I called to find out where my prescription was 4 hrs later they said they were very busy it would get there 8 hrs later they didn't answer 9 hrs they said the doc who saw me left and the one on would call me back no one called back they r closed mean while I had back spasms all day I should of went to er this never happened to me before always loved that place
My son went for a pretty bad cough and ultimately it was determined that he had the flu. However the medicines prescribed aren’t really effective for the flu after having it for close to a week. Unfortunately there was no Dr. there only a PA. Sadly the PA would not sign off on his work note. Funny, they took his co pay besides his insurance but he could not see a Dr. When you call the police they don’t send a security guard. RecommendedSandra G was our nurse practitioner. we have never seen anyone for our son besides his pediatric dr since he was born. she was kind, on point and super compassionate with my family. she even ordered an xray just to be safe. if anyone wants your child in goods hands esp on a weekend. the NP (*SANDRA) was so great.
RecommendedI had to visit Immediate Care on January 29th of this year because of course, my doctor's office was closed. From the time I walked up to the front desk until I left the clinic I was treated with efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. Sandra the nurse practitioner, took care of me and did a wonderful job diagnosing and treating me and I am healthy once again.
