I went here for the first time , after reading reviews I did now know what it expect. I can tell you I experienced non of what these negative reviews state. Front Staff was very friendly not only to me but everyone that walked in. The PA that came in the room was not friendly at all. If he was the first person I seen when I walked in. I would have left. Other then that the place is very clean. The girls up front did a great job. The PA needs to spend time with them.
Went for Covid test it’s been 7 days haven’t received my results and when I call the number it says the number is out of service will not be coming here ever again
Staff and NP were both very nice, went in 5 days ago for a Covid test and was supposed to receive results via email in 2-3 days and still nothing. Phone number listed on google is not a working number and can’t get through on any other locations phone line. Very frustrating.
