For the beginning of my experiences with this facility, I would have rated them with 5 stars, then they got a new primary care provider...I will never go back, and here is why. My husband & I scheduled concurrent 'getting to know you' appointments with the primary care provider. We go to each other's appointments, and have for the last 36+ years, for moral support & to be sure nothing is forgotten. Some overweight Girl at the desk was very rude and it would seem very incompetent. They had my home number wrong...so I gave them the right number, several times...and they still don't have the right number. I originally went in for a large lump in my abdomen and was suppose to receive a referral to an obgyn but never heard back probably because they are still calling the wrong number. I still have the lump, no insurance, and no referral. I don't think these people are trying to help anyone, just collect a paycheck.....sad.
Horrible customer service. These women here just dont want to work. It's like being at the dmv.
