Arrived at 3:45 when they close at 4. They said they would not see me. I told him it was just for an allergy reaction. I just needed medication. It would be quick. They told me the provider already said no before even checking to see what was going on. I’ll never step through those doors again.
Awesome team at ICC, fast, responsive and caring! Highly recommend for anyone needing something taken care of right away instead of waiting.
Both my husband and I hv PCP’s at NBMC but sometimes it is not possible to get in as quickly as we wd like. In the past two weeks we hv both visited the Intermediate Care Clinic at NBMC. Both visits were very good. The staff was extremely kind, professional and were able to provide us with the care we needed. Having this service available is very important and appreciated!!
