Staff here is super helpful & kind! Big shoutout to Keisha & the other kind lady at the front desk on 1/02/26 at 5:30 pm! & Nydia L Nunez-Estrada for helping ease my stress on my initial visit.
We used to like coming here for the convenience, but now they are adverse to prescribing medications because of doctor shopping. When I bring my kids in needing an antibiotic, I know they will not prescribe one, they will wait until your kids get sicker and suffer more before they prescribe one, so they can bill you for 2 visits and get more money out of you instead of doing what they should have done in the first place. I absolutely do not trust them for immediate care needs now, and will be looking for another clinic.
If it wasn't for a few staff members that are very nice, I'd give this a zero!! Incompetent stupidity is all I can think of. Multiple visits within 7 days, new antibiotics and won't write off for work....helpful
I have gone to these people now 2 times in the last month. I am having a difficult time breathing. They just want to throw inhalers at me. I think I need an antibiotic. I am going to go to their patient advocate to finish this up, but then that's it no more. I have lost trust in them.
I broke my nose while traveling in Indiana for a rugby tournament. This was the only urgent care, out of 3 I called, that had X-rays on a Sunday. All of the staff I encountered were amazing and friendly. Rad tech nurse was thorough and awesome - never felt rushed. I was in and out in under an hour (was slower on that specific Sunday morning). Thank you all!!
