It’s a well known fact “you can put good people, up against a bad system - and the bad system will win every time”. I had money on account, to pay my $20 co-pays, this money has now vanished as of 7-1-2025. Desk people have no explanation - nor assistance in getting it back. A good system would have never lost a patients money in the first place - have a nice day.
9-22-2025 - minus 4 Stars - see the letter I got from Medicare. If you still want me on this medication - time to start making calls to Medicare.
