Superb ambience; calm office. Virtually no wait. I was seen by real Doc; not a PA. He was engaged, unrushed. He very thoroughly worked thru several questions not directly related to my primary concern.
I had such a great experience at immediate care. I was originally diagnosed with bronchitis and went through 2 Z packs with no relief. The urgent care over in Phoenix where I live could not accurately figure out my prognosis so I made the trip (was referred by someone local in Tucson) and boy was it 100% worth it. Alena provided such great care along with knowledge and diagnosed me correctly and prescribed medication that within two days immediately helped. I had been sick at this point for almost 3 weeks. This place is amazing they help me through my chronic illnesses by giving me saline every week plus iv meds each week I do have to say though some of there nurses lack the ability to get my iv in the first try so that’s a bummer but some nurses are great at getting me on the first try but that’s just how my body is with IVs is that certain times my veins will cooperate sometimes they won’t so it’s not entirely on them but still some nurses need to step aside from working on getting me an iv and then have the other nurse do i... read more
