Great doctor been going there for a few yeaes
Rarely wait for even 10 minutes before seeing the nurse and doctor. They have really improved on the wait times!
Brought my daughter in to this urgent care since we moved to Brookline this is the closest one to us. . She was diagnosed with an ear infection. Confirmed 5 times with 3 different people I wanted script called into the closest open pharmacy. Happened to be in Milford. Drive her there from Amherst script not called In. I’m told it must have gone to our old pharmacy in Nashua. Drive all the way there no script called in. So now I’ve drive my sick daughter through 4 towns and no medicine. 1 star for convenience. That's where it ends. Very uneducated staff. Go if you must but don't expect any real results.
Really poor experience here. Went in at 11:30. Was told 30 minute wait and it took over an hour to be seen. Doctor was horrible. Didn’t listen to me and didn’t seem engaged. Took forever to come back with my paperwork. I waited longer to be seen then I actually spent with the doctor.
