My daughter/I went in the 12th of April, with the same symptoms. They gave us both steroids, cough meds and said if not better in a week come.back. Arrived to get checked from being super sick at 5:50pm and left at 7:45pm because I was still waiting. Asked a nurse if there was any doctors available because I was the last one to be seen and they said no rudely. How can you have people wait 2 hours?
They charge you an upfront fee for the office visit then send you a bill in the mail for said office visit on top of the fee you agreed to pay for services rendered. Do not go here unless you want to pay an extra $150 when you get your bill in the mail. Some call it fraud they don’t
Just had the best experience here. From the from desk staff to the nurse to the Dr. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Extra shout out to Dr. Collins for being so amazing.
