On 11/24/2020 I stood outside on a cold day in Red Bank on White Street for a COVID-19 test. A tent was set up to process the almost 70 people who attended. First it was very poorly run. Everyone was bottlenecked to a single individual who did nothing more than take down information. That took abou 2.5 minutes per person. I went into Immediate Care on Monday for Conjunctivitis and I was prescribed eye drops. They did not work, so I called back on Thursday for a stronger prescription. No one called back. I called again on Friday, and they stated that it must have been a mis-diagnosis, and that I need to come back in, and, by the way, I have to pay the $50 again!
