On 11/24/2020 I stood outside on a cold day in Red Bank on White Street for a COVID-19 test. A tent was set up to process the almost 70 people who attended. First it was very poorly run. Everyone was bottlenecked to a single individual who did nothing more than take down information. That took abou 2.5 minutes per person.
