Had service completed in 2019. I was quoted 3 options. I selected mid option. All work completed. One year later I receive a bill for $1043.00. Called Kansas City offices, spoke to rep, she said she would review. I have yet to receive a phone call from Immediadent concerning this bill. I have filed a complaint with BBB. The BBB shows a complaint of this type every month for the last 6-7 months. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
RecommendedWent in with pain today. 3 people worked on my teeth. They made a plan to fix my problems. They were so gentle and caring....my 1st great experience at a dentist. I am beyond anxious when going, thank you all for helping me.
