my blink cameras didn't work as advertised and within the one year warranty. they did not offer a refund or troubleshooting services it was denied to me throughout contacting Amazon and blink. other than that trouble the cameras are nice I like them besides the fact that they didn't work their functionality as advertised. very modular. most fuctions do work. some dont. I have a strong solid wifi connection as well.
Très déçu par les caméras de surveillance blink. Je ne recommande pas ces produits de surveillance. Qui sont hors de prix le support n'a pas répondu à mes attentes c'est vraiment triste. C'est pour ça que je déconseille les caméras de surveillance Blink.
Echt traurig, die sehr teuren Kameras funktionieren wirklich schlecht in Verbindung mit der Blink App. Wenn ich könnte würde ich die Kameras inklusive Syncmodul, welches auch nicht funktioniert sofort zurück geben! Schade das Amazon so was schlechtes übernimmt.

I'm not sure why this company is so incompetent. Instead of using analytics against all the feedback provided through google play or the apple app store and making relevant proper updates, they continue to ignore requests from users and make no material progress on updates. Amazon should find a new company to partner with.
