My mother came home today from a very terrible experience. Firstly, when she showed up to her scheduled appointment, the front office staff had scheduled her for the wrong day and time, despite it being verbally confirmed at her previous visit. No one had bothered to reach out to her to call and confirm her appointment. Front office staff members are disorganized and have bad attitudes.
