Shockingly terrible company. I have never encountered such careless, selfish and rude individuals. They could care less about your loved ones. They should not be working in the healthcare industry.

Horrible company! They are a nightmare. They don't care about fulfilling schedules, the management doesn't care about the safety or wellbeing of their clients, and worst of all they never concede to their mistakes. Disgusting manners (they will not let you get a word in when you speak with them on the phone), nonexistent and poorly informed customer service, and total blatant negligence in all capacities. Stay as far away as possible from these people.

This company is by far the WORST home health care provider in the entire Hampton Roads area. My grandmother-in-law is 92, she can barely walk, she has severe dementia, and she needs constant supervision. In the barely three months that we were with Immanuel Care, she has been left alone with no aide supervision on countless occasions, and not a single employee from the Company ever gave any notice of absence whatsoever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is nothing short of criminal. They are uneducated, rude, and immediately jump through hoops to cover their wrongdoings. They failed to staff appropriately, they disregarded staffing schedules, and they left us without care when we needed it most, with no prior notice whatsoever, knowing that it was their obligation to do so.
