I made a new patient appointment approximately 5 months ago for August 13th. I was called on July 23rd And told Dr. Asuncion was now on paternity leave and would not be able to see me. The person handling scheduling then made me a new appointment on July 31st with the covering provider. On the morning of the 31st I was called repeatedly from an unknown number until I picked up and was told I could no longer be seen that day. I went to Dr. Asuncion a couple times, once when I had a chronic post-covid cough and another time when I came down with what turned out to be a potential case of bacterial pneumonia. Both times, he listened to me with great attention and I could tell he was taking detailed notes and really invested in helping me. He is a solutions-oriented, evidence-based guy. If I could give negative stars I would. I do NOT believe he nor anyone in his office up hold the "Do No Harm" part of their oath. Personally I wouldn't take my dead dog there to verify his death.
Until my insurance changed, Dr. Asuncion was my doctor for several years. Great doctor!
Terrible receptionist, 9 minutes late and they come with a 10 minutes policy. When I tried to make them talk with my wife which is a English speaker she told me wasn’t with her and called another lady, when I was with my wife at the phone to talk with her both woman looked to each other and laugh.
