ALWAYS double check the price. I called in and got quoted $120 for a smaller house (3 small bedrooms and a staircase). The techs showed up and quoted me $250. Keep in mind, we have no rough stains just needed a basic shampooing. They said it’s because of the AI robot but in that case they need to honor their mistake.
