I called Immaculate Air for an AC tune-up before summer, and I’m glad I did. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure my system was running efficiently. The services were excellent, courteous and cost effective. My home is now much more comfortable and I'll be sure to use them again for the HVAC services I use.

I hired Immaculate Air for a full AC installation along with indoor air quality improvements like UV lights and electrostatic filters. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team was respectful of our home and explained how everything works. I’ve noticed better airflow and comfort already. Definitely a solid choice for HVAC services.

We had to fix our air conditioning quickly on a very hot day, and they did a great job. The technician quickly figured out what was wrong and fixed it without trying to sell me anything I didn't need. They also looked at the whole system, which made me feel better. It's hard to find service like this that you can count on these days.

I am updating my original review from 1 star to 4 stars because the company did call and spoke directly with my mother regarding our concerns, which we appreciated. They explained that the parts warranty was only for one year, which helped clarify some of the confusion. However, my concern remains: how would anyone know whether the issue involved a part covered under warranty, such as a controller, fan motor, or even a slow refrigerant leak, without first properly diagnosing the system? I recently scheduled an air conditioning tune-up and duct cleaning with Immaculate Air, and I’m honestly impressed. The technician took his time and made sure to explain everything clearly. The air in my house feels much cleaner, and my AC is working better. It's nice to find a team that is professional, on time, and really cares about making customers comfortable.
