I love Dr. Katie. She is always very helpful and nice. She lets my kids listen to the dog's heart and answers all of our questions. The staff has always been very nice too.
Wonderful staff who will love and take care of your animals as their own! I highly recommend this practice!! My puppy loves her vet trips due to the staff always making her visit a positive one �
Took our documented healthy 8 month old male cat in to be neutered. He didn’t make it past the Anastacia. We took him there being responsible pet owners and left with him in his blanket like he was euthanized. And the comforting words we got was DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH HIM? Are you kidding me!? How about : after apologizing saying, due to the circumstances we would like to offer our services to care for his body. � nope. They are great and honest and very efficient. Feel very comfortable here.

Worst vet ever! Lost our 3 month old puppy after being told he was in stable condition after possible pancreatitis or something he may have ate. He passed away less than 30 mins later. Then a week later receive a bill for $403.00 for a dead dog who maybe spent 2 hours in their care! Also RUDE office manager!
After bouncing around clinics for years, I was told to give Imlay City Veterinary Clinic a try for an abandoned kitten we found malnourished and sickly. Dr. Atkinson and her staff were very professional and compassionate. I think we have finally found our go-to small animal Veterinarian! Thank you so much for helping our kitten feel better, she may not appreciate the pokes and the meds but I know she is happier now that she feels better.
