I ordered flowers from starlet flowers in imlay City and they sent me a message saying they could not deliver them and then they sent me another message saying the refund is being processed. That was for two flat orders and their total was $119.04 and I have not received the the refund for flowers I did not get or sent

Made a delivery to a client of mine that lost their pup. My client called and told me it was the best delivery driver and the flowers were perfect. Thank you for helping my client during her mourning

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for floral arrangements. I walked in on likely their busiest day (Valentines Day) and they treated me like a human being. The shop owner’s mother helped me pick out a nice bouquet with my favorite colors and flowers, and she sat and talked with me while the arrangement was being made. The bouquet came out so beautiful, even with the few flowers I requested. I will be telling my friends and family about my experience and I again would highly recommend this shop!

I asked for a pink corsage and boutinere, I received a white corsage and boutinere with pink ribbon. The corsage was also falling apart when I took it out of the box and had to hot glue it. They are pretty, but not at all what I ordered. Unfortunate. Doesn't go with the planned attire, extremely disappointed.
