What a horrible Dr! We had a terrible experience with an urgent mental health virtual visit. This lady was extremely rude, had a snotty attitude and was impatient with my daughter who is in complete psychosis and wouldn’t even finish the conversation. She has absolutely no compassion. She said someone else can deal with her because she won’t and said someone will call us at some point. We asked her “what about medication?” She said “go to the ER”.
