I love my provider and the front staff is extremely nice and helpful. They always greet me by name and remember my check-in preferences. Anytime I've had to leave a message, they've called me back immediately. They also offer telehealth, which is a very nice option to have in the event of unexpected illness.
This is one of the nicest places I have ever been in Jackson, TN. I was hesitant to seek care there. I have had nothing but a great experience there. Don’t always judge from reviews. Go yourself and find out first hand! I saw Anna Cook briefly once during my first visit with Brandi Holt. Anna came in to explain genesight to me. Anna was very nice to me. I really like my provider. She has helped me so much with my meds, but the front desk service is lacking and they’re kind of rude. I have tried to call for several days in a row and reschedule my appt, and no one ever answers the phone. Literally every time I call no one answers. It’s very annoying! I finally got through to them because I just started calling over and over back to back just for them to tell me they’re charging me $100 to reschedule when I have been calling since last week.
