Our story is very positive because Greg Bertaux was our home inspector twice, most recently last month and also about three years ago. Both times he did a great job. Our first home in Vero Beach was an older house and Greg identified many issues before we bought it. We took care of the majority of them but within about 18 months we new we wanted a bigger house in a newer subdivision west of town with better insurance ratings and a full two-car garage with an HOA and pool. I have used the services of Greg Bertaux on a number of occasions. The first time was to help with water damage assessment on my home. The next was to act as an expert witness in a law suit over contractor errors. I hired Greg to do a full Phase1 inspection on a commercial property a non-profit was considering leasing. Finally, though not as yet active Greg was asked to do a complete inspection of a large residential community.
