These guys were the greatest. They took amazing care of me and my family and friends vehicles over the years. Whether it was sales, service or auto body. They did an amazing job. Sad to see they sold and moved West. Thanks, Imgrund's , you'll be missed by many. Anyone giving these guys less than 5 stars clearly has never done business with them and enjoys spreading lies. Half ass repairs and cheap bodywork. Vehicles on the lot have the cheapest work done to them and are way not worth the price.
Worst experience ever. I cannot express my disgust with this place. I bought a $15k car, sold with FULL factory warranty.... Told the car had never been in any accidents... Only 2 find out a month later that the entire right side had been welded together, and 70% of the parts were AFTERMARKET and warranty WONT cover to replace them. Therefore the warranty is void. They refused 2 help me out. Then I find out recently they sold my car I traded in with NO TITLE and people have been driving it around while its still in my name. ... read more
Worst ever deal I got in my whole life. NOTHING was gone over and fixed for me like they said they'd do. NOTHING. My vehicle is a money pit. I will trade it in for best deal at St. Cloud Subaru where my nephew is manager. They don't screw their buyers over. Imgrund is the worst. Glad they're out of business.
