It’s truly that bad. I finally feel safe posting this now that I’m a resident in another country. Go anywhere else. Drive to St Louis. Waits for hours. Screamed our -middle names-, then admonished us for not responding like we were kids. Made me undress and wait in an xray room when I didn’t need that test. The only nice person was the doctor himself. Now that I’ve also had the same exams in my destination country, I know this isn’t normal and not close to the expected standard of care.
Worst management ever! Waisting time 1h due to MRI waiting. Second time here and always the same situation. If you are planning to visit this place make sure you have extra hours to be waiting around! They do not vlaue the time of their customers. If knowing they are backed up with time they should not be making appointments and getting even more customers to just we sitting and waiting around! 😡😡😡
No one picks up the phone. Extremely rude staff
I’ve never been so mistreated on the phone for simply asking the price of an exam. I’m heading to Michigan to get an exam done and paying extra 150$ there just so I don’t have to ever see who ever works at the front desk. This is outrageous. When I saw the reviews here I repeatedly told myself “it can be that bad”, but it’s truly worse. I hope someday a manager sees this and takes action.
Extremely rude front desk. I called them to check about my upcoming appointment and instead of being helpful about it, the lady kept snapping at me and was extremely unhelpful and rude. Don't go here unless you want a terrible experience.
