He was taken in for his 2 month checkup today and concerns were expressed to her in regards to his fussiness with eating, gas problems, and bowel movements as well. She proceeded to say that he was under weight and is being under fed and that he will not grow. In the same sentence she said everything is fine, if he is having issues eating I would assume that is why he isn't gaining weight so how is he fine? Great visit each and every time! My kids adore her! She does not over react like most parents do, she sees the issue then solves it.

Please don’t risk coming here. She doesn’t care for any patients!!! We recently changed insurance companies and had to pick a new pediatrician. After my daughter being hospitalized for five days I came here for her to do a follow up. The doctor literally didn’t take any initiative on how urgent my daughters care was after her hospitalization for five days for pneumonia. We came back and my daughter was due for x-rays I spent Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday trying to get the results from her and

First visit at this doctors office was alright, second time the girls at front desk were nasty, rude and with no customer service etiquette. The MA that called us to check us in was an older Hispanic lady with glasses....she was really mean and disgusting towards my little one. Doctor doesn't even discuss growth statistics, miss diagnosed my baby, does not care about your children. Only cares about $$$.

My kids have been with this Dr for 5 years and I'm very satisfied with her services. Sometimes it does take a while for my kids to be seen when we get into the office and it is pretty old and outdated but that's not why we go there. Dr Pimentel has always been able to answer any questions or concerns about any particular conditions. She has always been spot on with treatment and preventative measures. Until I find a problem, my kids will continue to go to this office.

If I could leave no stars, I would! The office is extremely stark and nothing is updated (pamphlets and whatnot) .. decals in the rooms are peeling and just a sad excuse for a CHILDRENS checkup room.. the doctor is extremely brusque and very rude. When I explained I wanted an extended shot plan for my son, the doctor made me feel bullied and backed in a corner for my wants. He's MY child, I have the ultimate say in what I want for him! It felt like a baby mill! Very cheapskatish!

Dr Pimentel has been my child's pediatrician for over 12 years . She is very caring and tentative toward the children's needs . Her most outstanding quality is her sharp clinical skills to diagnose a condition on your child . I believe she is one of the few doctors left that legitimately love their profession more than the financial benefits . I would not trust anyone else with my child .

Do not go to this office or see this provider. Office is nasty, doctor washed her hands without soap as the container was stuck shut. Newborn baby 1st checkup, made me pay the 50$ well baby fee because my 2 day old child's name was not on my insurance card yet. Now I have spent > 3 hours and still have not received my $50 back. This provider does not seem to have any idea what they are doing. Please be careful!
