Patients are consistently kept waiting for more than 30 minutes, and sometimes nearly an hour. We take time off work to attend these appointments, arrange our schedules, and pay for the visit, but who compensates us for the time spent waiting? The answer is no one. It feels like our time is not valued or respected. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to better respect patients' time.
Dr deforest is a great Doctor !!
She provided excellent care for our newborn son Jackson. Great bedside manner. We enjoyed each visit with her.
