I like dr sia.. ive recommended a few friends here...I've been coming to her since I was 18years old. Normally I don't mind waiting but today I had dentist appointment after her and asked them nicely to get me out quick. I ALSO made an appointment for 8.30am showed up 15minutes early and haven't seen the doctor for an hour. They wasted my day/time. This is not professional. If you have 3hours to waste your time it's a perfect place. Otherwise don't go here.
My husband and I have been coming here for way over 15 + years with out any major issues. She’s always kind and courteous to us and take time to go over our conditions/medications at our appointments My two adult children ( now 22 and 20) have been coming here since their pediatrician retired a few years back and they have had no complaints. My 20 year-old son is a college student three hours away and she did a video call to him because he had a bad skin reaction/rash to something and had prescribed him a medication (cream) ... read more
Really didn’t want to give this bad review. But this is just ridiculous. I still come to her office cause some of my family relatives go to her, probably because she’s Filipino. But whenever I have AN APPOINTMENT scheduled ahead of time. I still have to wait an hour or so to get checked. That’s just insane to me. I don’t know if that’s like normal but if you make plans after your appointment, then I wouldn’t really recommend this place.
